My current trend in writing is to treat it like bits of code. Debugging as time goes on (fixing spelling/grammarish issues).

Most of these poems will rest the way they are written, but given time and interest many will see a patches or 2 before it is over.

the dull hum

mouths open
lips stretched out
cracks of old rubber bands
on the move
always heading towards
the lights
of the work harbor

smart as a whip
still as a mouse
standing at the maze entrance
a whiff of cheese in the air
wafting up above the
cubicle
fear stricken by the walls intent
jutting upwards
blocking light from entering
the eyes
open dry and cracking

split down the middle
9 or 5
a spiral
circling in
on the day
waiting
reading
listening

silence me
sleep me
a comma could
improve the decor
of this place

straighten up
sir,
make your move
just open up
give a inch
take a mile
head first
you burrow
deeper indentations
deeper comments
key strokes
and long hours

make the compilation
work out
in the
end
no morals for each
if then statement
just choose the path
and set out on it
don't look back
don't look down
your rope might
break
your ship might
sink
your own dream might
awaken
and where will you be then?
