My current trend in writing is to treat it like bits of code. Debugging as time goes on (fixing spelling/grammarish issues).

Most of these poems will rest the way they are written, but given time and interest many will see a patches or 2 before it is over.

the 6 words that i hate

push one more onto the stack
who will notice
from this distance
it could be anything

the 6 words that i hate
don't wait
don't play dead
or nice

could of
lost that key you gave to me
been to busy
of late
skeletons through
the door

the 6 words that i hate
are here
to stay
and can't
retrieve a stick

'i am in love with you'
just six words
i can live without
and if you notice
then this magic works

the 6 words that i hate
aren't soft
don't listen
to music

the 6 words that i hate
are still coming into being
as we speak
spell them all out
anyway you like
they are still trouble

the 6 words that i hate
are not about to say hello
are not up before the afternoon
are not going to your prom
are not coming home late again
are not even words at all
are not spoken often enough
