My current trend in writing is to treat it like bits of code. Debugging as time goes on (fixing spelling/grammarish issues).

Most of these poems will rest the way they are written, but given time and interest many will see a patches or 2 before it is over.

Heaven forbid the fucking phlegm upstairs might live here

Another day rolled off my lips
Tongue to cheek
I’m a monkey, like the suits and ties
No cell phones, but espresso, nice days
The beach
And i should of said i’m sorry to you more often
Cause i messed up
But it was too late
And the apology would sounds like this

"I’m sorry for stating the obvious,
But it’s just that what you said was just so obvious
And there was only you,me and obvious
I was looking at it
You where looking at it
Crumbs splashing against the counter top could percieve it
The dry dandruff on your cuffs
The phlegm you won’t give up
The dirt at the edge of your bath-tub
All of them had something less obvious to say
To a person making something to eat
‘peanut butter and jelly?’"

I took offense to what you didn’t say
  I shouldn’t have
You took offense to what i did say
  You shouldn’t have

It a simple case of mistaken identity
I think everyone is smart
You think everyone is dumb
The difference is
you are probably right

I beg you
to stop
the low cough
Hold onto your youth,
Cause it’s gonna slip
And you’ll just alone and bitter
Like me.
